The Lead Student Ambassador kickoff summit in Redmond is over and it was fantastic. We got to hear the latest and greatest on some of the upcoming stuff and were able to talk about some of the stuff we would like to accomplish for this year. While the program has changed dramatically since its conception 3 years ago, I think that the latest changes were great moves and in the long run will pay off ten fold.
One of the presenters that we were able to hear from today was Robert Scoble from Channel 9, he talked about a lot of cool stuff and gave many great words of advice. I only wish I would have been wearing my linux shirt at the time of his presentation. Scoble also gave us a bunch of Channel 9 guys which are pretty sweet. We all decided that it would be neat to see what kind of pictures we could take with the C9 guy and my first inclination was to get a picture with the folks, their cars, or the offices of Slashdot. Check back this week as I hope to have a C9 and Slashdot picture posted :-).
Those of you that are waiting to see what happens with the SA program for this year should be expecting an email or other form of communication to come out within the next week.
