Repost: convert ASPX page to a nested content page using master page

as comments are closed and i dont know how to reopen it, i make a repost.

If you need to convert aspx pages to use master pages try this plug in

I'd love to use your add-in, but after installation in VS2005 SP1 it crashes on start.

My VS2005 is installed on the D: drive, otherwise it is pretty standard, so no idea what's causing it to crash.

New version available perhaps?
