Community Server 2.0, beta 3 --- now available

Today we released the final beta of Community Server 2.0! Community Server 2.0 has a ton of great new features in, one of my personal favorites is blogging by email and email integration with forums. Both make for a great offline story!

Over the coming weeks we're going to publish more videos & tutorials!

Great news.
I hope we'll get to see at least *something* in the near future implemented in weblogs.asp.net.
Any news on that front?

Great news Rob! But one thing I wished many times is for you to deliver CS split in smaller modules.

I would like to migrate from .Text to CS 2, but I don't want anything like the forums or the Gallery, etc... just the plain blog engine which seems to be a good evolution of .Text.
I tried the Beta, but I still see a lot of code I don't need, even if I reckon you propose a way to disable the unnecessary features from the admin tool.

So please can we expect a more modular approach :-)

Congrats! I'd like to say that I'll get right on it and update our site, but I just did that last week with Beta 2 so this might have to wait a couple weeks.

Wonderful... I agree with Paschal, having the possibility to install all the module I want could be really interesting. A great tool however, blogging by email is really cool!
