I had a similar problem but I found what was the reason in my case.

I was doing smth like

Image img = Image.FromStream(new MemoryStream(byteArrayIn));

...

//handle the image

...

Stream ms = new MemoryStream();

img.Save(ms, img.RawFormat);

This was not working because the image format was wrong, in GUID it was b96b3caa... instead of b96b3cae....

b96b3caa... does not actually match any of the possible formats.

But it started to work when I changed my code as follows:

Image img = Image.FromStream(new MemoryStream(byteArrayIn));

ImageFormat format = img.RawFormat();

...

//handle the image

...

Stream ms = new MemoryStream();

img.Save(ms, format);

Thus, it seems like when you do some image processing it is changed to some specific internal format, so you need to store the original format to a local variable before doing any processing

Why not just:

SELECT EmployeeId from orders

WHERE (shipcountry = 'norway' and @year1 = datepart(yy, orderdate)) OR (shipcountry = 'brazil' and @year2 = datepart(yy, shippeddate))
