Looks like the iPhone 3G ultracompact power adapter is being recalled, if you got an iPhone, just get your serial number and fill up this form to receive your new power adapter in 3 weeks:

I purchased my iPhone in August, but still look like my power supply needs to be exchanged by entering the serial number the system will tell you. So it’s worth to do that. Last thing you want is to have an iPhone that cannot be recharged.
