I think everything said made a ton of sense.

However, what about this? suppose you added a little information?

I am not saying your information isn't solid, but what if you added a post title that makes people want more? I mean Asynchronous Streaming in ASP.NET WebApi - Andru's WebLog is kinda

plain. You could peek at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create article titles to grab people to click. You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to grab readers excited about what you've got to say.

In my opinion, it might bring your blog a little bit more interesting.

For what I understand, SignalR is all about realtime signaling to client browser applications, like for example, keeping a data grid synchronized with changes coming from multiple users.

The technique I'm showing here might be used for the same thing, but you will still need to construct the high level abstractions SignalR already provides.

The point of this example is just to show a very specific solution to a very specific problem: how to serve large amounts of data without consuming large amounts of server memory and resources.
