Eolas patent under 'review'
I'm sure this will get a lot of attention fairly quickly... but just wanted to point out that
the Eolas plugin patent is under review by the patent office
. Hopefully this problem will indeed go away.

Yeah when Tim Berners-Lee himself says there is prior art to invalidate the patent, I think MS may win this. But what I want to know, is how did this not come up in the original lawsuit where MS was made to pay that $500+ mil ?
