Eolas patent under 'review'

I'm sure this will get a lot of attention fairly quickly... but just wanted to point out that the Eolas plugin patent is under review by the patent office. Hopefully this problem will indeed go away.

Yeah when Tim Berners-Lee himself says there is prior art to invalidate the patent, I think MS may win this. But what I want to know, is how did this not come up in the original lawsuit where MS was made to pay that $500+ mil ?
