Introduction to InfoCard, what about device theft?

David Chappel has a great
intro to InfoCard, if you have not yet seen the Mix sessions for InfoCard then read this and see those (I was at the sessions I am yet to see the videos but I wonder if the Kim Cameron ad-hoc mike session is on one of them, Kim attended the InfoCard intro sessions and took the mike to answer questions during the QnA). One question that remains for me and was not clearly answered at Mix was what happens if a device is stolen, assuming the device security can be hacked then any cards that are not one-time (although thats an answer of sorts I guess) could be used at will and by-pass another level of password protection?
