Trust me, once you work in some other source control programs (namely, TrueChange), you'll think SourceSafe is the best thing that ever happened to you. I just moved from a project that used TrueCrap... er... TrueChange to one that uses VSS, and I am thanking the .Net gods.&lt;/p&gt;

The person is writing for computers. It is hazing only if he mocks the person for doing so. As part of an extensive candidate, yes, i agree it is a small part, but the basics are basics for a reason.
