Got an odd message this morning as I was slugging through emails (and figuring out how to corrupt the world with my new CrackBerry).
I have no idea what this means? Someone changed Mountain Standard Time and I didn't get the memo or something?

Yes, the US government imposed changes to when daylight savings time starts and stops, which went into effect this spring. Canada went along with the changes whereas Mexico did not. So we've got a bunch of new Mexico-specific timezones, which ignore the new American DST rules. Fun, wow! Personally I think Canada should have sided with Mexico on this as I'm sure all the energy savings were likely eroded by the costs of software updates. :^S
I got the same thing, but I am in Perth, Australia and so do not particularly care what the Americans, Canadians or Mexicans do about timezone changes!! I now get this message every morning
