Something new from Flickr?

Published Monday, December 11, 2006 9:02 PM

I emailed Flickr the other day asking if there were other options for their Accounts. I have a Pro account which allows me to upload 2gigs of photos a month. That may sound like alot, and most months it can be for me, but this month I got married and went on our honeymoon, so I knew I'd be posting a lot of photos, both from the wedding and the honeymoon.

Their support system is a bit slow, I finally got an email tonight stating that they hadn't answered my question and had closed my issue, giving me the option to reopen the issue. I reopened the issue and finally heard back from a support person. The response I got was "there is something launching tomorrow that will make your issue a thing of the past."

Here's to waiting 24 hours to see what launches!

And you don't think that 376 wedding pictures is excessive?

Nah, you only get married once and I wasn't taking the photos! You haven't seen how many honeymoon photos I took yet :P
