Business Agents - BOA

Yesterday we had a great dinner with Don Box, Ingo Rammer, Christian Weyer, Benjamin Mitchell, Matt Tavis and Juval Lovy. Don had great news about a technology following SOA: BOA.

BOA will integrate the business aspects with SOA.

BOA does not stand on its own, it is a large project consisting of many cool features I'm not allowed to talk about. However, you can be sure it integrates with today's technologies, so you need not to have restless nights creating your solutions today. BOA will integrate seamless with BizTalk; BOA will support the long tail of legacy technologies. Don't scrap your old COM+ components.

BML (pronounced Bimmel), the Business Markup Language, will make your life easier - at least with the help of a visual editor :-)

Anders thinks about B# for a better BOA integration, but you still need your C# knowledge.
