Are we there yet?

It’s October! It’s October 25, 2003 and I am writing this while I am on my way to the PDC! Finally!

Still a few more days to the first Indigo talk, but heck … I think I can handle it now. I am looking forward to meeting everybody out there. I can’t wait to get new bits!

Look forward to some great sessions, like Doug Purdy’s talk on serialization, Mark Fussell’s talk on System.Xml V2 and many more.

What I’ve seen from System.Xml so far is indeed very cool, like the managed implementation of SqlXml for example. Too bad that some of the improvements of the XmlSerializer were not part of the alpha milestone.  Go and see Mark's talk on Wednesday, or stop by at Ask The Experts on Tuesday.

I’ll blog more about what is in System.Xml V2 once the PDC starts and things are announced officially.
