NUnit for tasks

Barry has a great tip on using NUnit to manage task lists--have people requesting a bug fix or feature write the NUnit test that demonstrates the bug or feature needed.  What a great idea, now that's what I call test-driven development.

One of our developers has been doing this for a while. I personally think that it is a great idea. The problem is that you get a lot of [IGNORE] warnings when running the unit tests.
