I was part of the EAP, but I cannot remember the code name... This is driving me crazy...
Ok, so I am currently:
- Downloading Windows XP for MSDN
- Installing windows 2003 in a VPC
- using FeedDemon to read blogs
- Downloading Hibernate using FireFox
- Writing this blog using my Tablet PC
Does anyone remember Windows 3.11 where you couldn't touch the mouse while downloading something (either from a BBS or the internet) because the download would crash.
Wow, we've come a long way...
Ok, its been a long time since I've seen old-school ASP code (and even longer since I've written any [Thank God] ) which is why yesterdays daily WTF kills me. Not only is the SQL completely jacked up but I can't believe there was a day when I thought it was ok to mix presentation code, VB Script, and T-SQL together!
Damn!
Steve's on the South Beach diet... Monitor his progress here. Everyone help him out, I did this last year and 30 pounds later I'm glad I did it...
Does any one have a good method for cataloging web services? I know that UDDI was to be the defacto Web Service discovery mechanism, but it seems like it doesn't have much momentum anymore.
What is everyone out there doing? I'm not sure if I want to do a programmatic catalog where people/applications can consume/query it, or if regular list (using InfoPath, Excel, or Word) is good enough.
Anybody have any ideas?

If you have, (or hell even if you haven't) go read Eric's post on How an idea becomes a C# language feature?
Excellent reading!
Ted Neward posted an excellent article on Java and .Net inteop over at the
TheServerSide. If you live this problem (as I do) go
check it out.
