I just tried to re-install my VC6 and English MSDN library (Oct 2001), and I found that disk 1 contains corrupt files in the MSDN folder (some of the chm files).
Does anyone have a link to download these old disks from?

MS want's you to buy newest product, so they make older unrechable. It's intention, not mistake.
There's no "no waranty, use it at your own risk" download of old MSDN (well, everything from MS is with no-waranty, but there they say it openly), MS is letting you down on purpose.
