Was there any discussion about the implications of making P2P so easy to implement? What MS seems to be doing is making it possible to write a new Napster in a few lines of code. How does this all tie into the security/privacy model - if at all?

You forget that Longhorn ships with Palladium! No one ever accused MS of being dumb! Nothing like building in your own "felt need".
