Faster than the speed of light (that's pretty quick you know!)

Justin just blog'ged about a new physics book which (apparently) explains cool stuff about the speed of light and other topics which go whooooooshing over the top of my head:

Naturally enough I've ordered it... I'm determined to start understanding some of these things which haven't bothered with in the past! 

It was interesting chatting to Justin about this the other night, I just wish that I was back in Seattle so that we could discuss it over the dinner table into the wee hours of the night; just like 2 shepherds staring up at the stars, wondering what it all means and probing all of the possibilities as to where we fit in all of this.
