ASP.NET Connections Conference Coming in March

 

I'm going to be speaking at the ASP.NET Connections conference March 25-28 in Orlando, FL which is one of the best conferences I get to attend so I'm always excited about it.  If you've never been, it's a conference that will give you a lot of great material, expert speakers, fun dinners, etc. 

If you're into ASP.NET, people like Steve Smith, Paul Litwin, Rob Howard, Alex Homer, Dino Esposito, Julie Lerman, Don Kiely, Stephen Walther, Dave Sussman and many other gurus will be presenting on a variety of topics (plus all the others I probably offended because I forgot to list them :-)).  Scott Guthrie and many other great Microsoft speakers will be there as well.  If you've never seen Scott present before then you've definitely missed out.  He always covers a lot of new technologies and is really fun to watch in action.

I'll be speaking on the following topics:

  • ASP.NET AJAX, XML and Web Services: How it all Fits Together
  • Write Less Code by Using TableAdapters and Strongly-Typed DataSets
  • Better Code Re-Use with N-Tier ASP.NET Applications

The conference is at the Orlando World Center Marriott this year which I haven't been to....but it looks really nice.

Would love to be there but to be honest the cost is going to hurt some of us...

Yeah...I definitely sympathize with you there and certainly understand especially having run my own consulting business.  I'll be posting all of my slides and code here after the conference so if you're interested in any of the topics you'll be able to access them.
