Fresh From The Paving & Fencing Department

I've recently moved into a new home with a portion of the backyard prepared for a small sport court. The problem is that it's not yet paved and not fenced in (it's hard to explain how it's been "prepared" but you'd understand if you saw it).

I've looked around the Internet for general estimates on how much it costs to pave a square foot and also for an idea on how much 6'-12' fence is per foot, but I haven't had any luck. I can understand if the companies don't want to make any commitments to pricing, but I'd like to get an idea before I get my hopes up.

Has anyone priced similar stuff? The area is 44x28 (1232 sq ft).

I'd just call some local contractor up, refuse to tell him who you are and ask for a general estimate. I did it once for a school project.
