I'm an MVP? Kick ASS!

Who'd have thunk it? I'm by no means the best programmer you've ever met. And I'm usually on the asking end of a technical question. Maybe it's my activities in the .NET Community at large? Or the posts I make in the INETA forums? Got me. <shrug>

I am proud to receive the award. I'm not exactly sure what all this will entail, but it sounds like fun. We already have 3 MVP's in our .NET User Group. None of which are .NET MVP's. But one of them was telling me about the up and coming summit. I told my boss, and even her boss about the summit. And they're looking in the budget for money to send me. GOOD GRIEF!! How's that for dumb luck? So needless to say, it's been a pretty good week.

If you're a .NET MVP, and wouldn't mind giving me the low down, drop me a line and tell me what it's about. You can email me at eking@unumprovident.com, or post a reply for me.
