Got Jumper Cables?
Here's a funny story for ya! I am working on a project for INETA Saturday, and find my self driving up to Nashville for an interview with Billy Hollis at his house. Gee. Oddly enough, I didn't recall there being any forecast for snow when I checked the weather 2 days before. Oh well, it doesn't seem too bad. So I start the journey. Hmmmm..... When I get to the top of MontEagle mountain, it's like a winter wonderland and the snow is starting to lay on the ground. (I'm sure there are a TON of Yankees reading this giggling already. I live in Chattanooga, TN where one snow flake on the ground causes schools to close, and everyone to scurry for bread and milk from the grocery store.)
Anyway, we make it up to Billy's house and get through the interview.(which went VERY well, BTW) But now we head back outside to load up the car with the lighting equipment and such and BLAMMO! My car won't start! This isn't good. I'm standing outside while it's snowing, in Billy's driveway, just looking at my car, pondering the irony of it all and contemplating some mental rambling about Murphy's law. We did get my car jumped off, and I made it safely back home to Chattanooga, and to the nearest AutoZone.
