Jon is an author, MVP, Regional Director, as well as mobility editor for .NET Developer's Journal.And as if all of that weren't enough, Jon is a member of the INETA Speaker Bureau as well as a founder and co-leader of the Memphis .NET User Group.

Excellent Post! Definitely worth a track back although I have found that starting with a roundtable format is sometimes very powerful.
