Take that you "Tree Hugging" Liberals!
Ok. I get cracked up at the political emails that are sent to me from various sources. I have never taken one and forwarded it on to anyone else. Nor do I ever intend to. I don't understand how someone out there could actually think that some unfounded email would actually influence my voting decision. Does anyone actually take this stuff at face value? Come on! Get real! I'm sure that if I really wanted to, I could get creative and make up some influential story about a candidate.

Anyway, check this one out:

We received the following Email from a friend of ours and thought you might be interested.
FOUND THIS QUOTE FROM KERRY. I HOPE NONE OF YOU WERE GOING TO VOTE FOR HIM, BUT IF YOU WERE, THINK ABOUT WHAT HE IS SAYING. ESPECIALLY THE LAST  LINE, "RECLAIM OUR COUNTRY FROM THE CHURCH GOERS". WOW!!!! HE WAS AT THE VIEWING OF REAGAN'S BODY IN CALIFORNIA

."This moment in Simi Valley is a moment of truth,"  Kerry said . "Not just for my campaign, but for the future of my party as well. For some of us, this may be our only chance to confirm the demise of the man who is solely responsible for turning the American people away from liberal philosophy. As  Democrats, we need to put small differences aside and be certain that this  man is truly gone. Next, we must reclaim our country from the churchgoers, the middle America folks and the uneducated conservative masses."

Please pass this on, for the future of free America

I've received stuff like this against Bush as well. It kind of cracks me up. I think I'll go ahead and vote tonight and get it over with.
Someone else is as fed up as I am
Friends had been telling me for months to move over to the Firefox browser and get away from IE. So I made the switch about a month ago. I've actually been able to browse the web without having to scan my machine for spyware daily. It's been nice. Browsing the web with IE had become like driving a lemon of a car that could blow up or break down at any moment. Even with my security settings cranked to the roof, I still managed to acquire spyware.

It was just too incredibly annoying to have to answer "yes" or "no" to every piece of script and every active x control as they loaded. And even after telling everything no, I would still get hammered.

I've not had trouble for a month now. I'm really diggin it.
