What about GoDaddy.com??

Anyone have any experience with hosting at GoDaddy.com?? I've been looking at moving my web site there, and thought I would poll the public for any input.

Anyone takers?

I've used them for four years or more now and they have been satisfactory, least never had a problem with them but I only have one domain. :)

I have a few sites and domains running off GoDaddy. They're pretty good although the web interface to get to your account and such is complicated. The only issue I had was they lock down parts of their SQL so trying to install something like CommunityServer was a bit of chore and I had to use a modified set of scripts that I found through Google. I would suspect if you're going to setup a website like DNN or .Text you might need to do some work. Otherwise the service is good (they even called me on the phone when I first joined up asking if I needed anything) and the speeds are fast and the price is fair.

I haven't used them for hosting as I have my own dedicated server, but as far as domain name registration is concerned, they are absolute top!

Their portfolio management system is second to none and the granular control with managing your DNS zonefiles is excellent.

Overall, the service is pretty good. My only problem, like Bil said, is the SQL Server lockdown. You can't connect remotely to your database with Enterprise manager or any other tool. You're stuck with their web-based manager, or you can install another web-based tool on your site.
