&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m in the latest windows live messenger beta and the thought too crossed my mind &amp;quot;wait... why does the new msn messenger look just like the old one. and why aren&amp;#39;t they doing a WPF app like yahoo?&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
