It would have been nice if the author of this page decided to share with us this information.  Nothing on this page gives a clue where the cookies folder is.

THIS PAGE IS WORTHLESS!

hey i was wondering if you can rename the cookies folder, i can't see it but i can get to it by typing user\cookies and i can get into the customise folder window but it fails to rename because it says the folder is write protected and everytime i change it from readonly it just ticks the box again next time i open that window again

For IE users, Open your browser, go to Internet Options, click on Settings and right there where it says Browser History click on Settings and where ever your browser (not your OS) is saving your cookies, it shall appear. Find the folder and right click, and you may probably be allowed to send a shortcut to your desktop. You're welcome.

Great tips to follow. Being professional and showing them there’s more to come

I think have been the most important. You must give out them a great article, that makes them want to come back.

And then make sure you don’t disappoint.
