There are at least two ways to format a disk: standard format and Quick Format. What's the difference? If you're sure the disk is okay, then you can save time using Quick Format. But if you're not sure, you'd better go for the full format. The Quick Format process doesn't check the disk as thoroughly, so a bad disk can get through.

If you need to run an old MS-DOS program, you may find that it needs to have some expanded memory available to work properly. Try Auto in Expanded (EMS) memory first.

A user would like to be able to install a program (or modify Remote Assistance) so that he can log on to a client’s computer and take control, without their intervention. If the program could force him to input a password when he logs on (to prevent just anyone from logging on) it would be great, but not necessary.
