This blog entry was gleaned from DigitalMediaThoughts.com, a Featured Community Web site.

An interesting idea from Jason Dunn at Digital Media Thoughts: He chose to purchase a fireproof safe with an internal power strip and host a network attached storage (NAS) device in the safe. He then used a HomePlug Powerline (Ethernet over powerline), and connected the NAS device in his fireproof safe to his home network. Finally, he created nightly backup jobs to copy modified files from the PC's in the home network to the NAS device in the fireproof safe.
