Forum Discussion: How to disable Internet access to specific users on a shared PC – Bink.nu.

This poster has a computer at work that multiple people use.  He only wants one person to be able to access the Internet from that machine. The computer is part of a domain but he doesn’t have access to the domain controller.

This is a quite faint description of the scenario. What do you mean by "the computer is part of the domain but he doesn't have access to the domain controller"? The computer is not connected to the network that serves the domain? The poster has no administration privileges on the domain? Do the poster have administrative privileges on the machine? Yf yes, change local security policy to prevent selected users to use internet, or internet explorer.

It can stop all children’s on-line activity and block Internet browsers, e-mails, ftps or messengers according to my daily schedule (differs for each son). It will take only one minute to do the trick.
