CoolCommands for Whidbey beta 2
Whidbey beta 2 is released and the VSIP SDK too, so I rebuild the coolcommands with the new SDK in order to have them on Whidbey beta 2.
The code is essentially the same, I just changed icons because Whidbey support XP icons. Some commands are essential for me (Collapse all projects, command prompt here, open project folder). If you are going to do a demo , the "demo font" command could be useful for you.
