Tip of the day

IE was crashing on me this week.  I could not open it unless I did a machine restart.

Shawn A. Van Ness saved the day:

IE6, XPsp2

Dig the new UI for managing 3rd party browser
extensions... a bastion for a great many viruses, spyware, and just
generally crappy code:

Start / Run / inetcpl.cpl
tab: Programs
click: Manage Add-ons...

I disabled all of my add on, except the one for Comcast (my personal email site) and I am up and running again.
