If Check Point mix companies technologies, we'll have the best from both worlds (personal and corporate). If ZoneAlarm was already one of the best, it is going to get better and better, for sure...
It does not block outbound traffic and can be switched off by another application, even by a clever worm.
I am willing some day GMail let users access their inboxes through HTTPMail protocol because I haven't been able to download my messages through POP3 at home and because POP3 access at work is forbidden. The only email service which uses HTTPMail protocol I know is Hotmail. If you do know any other, please, let me know about.
If so, just send me a message informing you current (poor on storage, probably hotmail) email address and I'll promptly send you a GMail invitation.
Just checked my
Orkut account today in the morning and both my album and profile photo aren't there anymore. Guess a lot of people, like me, is migrating to
Gazzag, which is faster and whose interface is available in six languages so far.
If you haven't, that's already time to. Just point your browser to http://www.flickr.com/photos/guercheLE
I just checked my list of friends in Orkut and all of them are listed as USA citizens. I guess I'll have to send all of them a message: "Hey, folks, let me know your new address, in USA..."
I have been dealing with flickr and del.icio.us for some days now. If you want to see what I have been tagging lately, just visit
