The Visual Studio 2008 Training has been updated for the RTM release.  What's in there?  More the 30 PowerPoint decks, some demo scripts and some labs to learn the cool new VS 2008 + Framework 3.5 stuff.

The training kit will work on any 3.5 supported platform and this means XP.  If you don't have Office 2007, you can still load the PowerPoints using the PowerPoint viewer or using the extensions that you can download for previous versions of Office.
