Enabling TFS Integration in Blend 3
To enable TFS source control integration in Expression Blend 3, you need to install this hotfix:

The easiest way is from Blend to open a Visual Studio solution already under TFS source control. You will then be presented with this dialog.
Just click on the link to download the hotfix. After that, Blend will be an happy TFS client.
