SharePoint 2010 introduced the concept of Ribbons and Dialogs. In this session we will look at various methods that we can use to customize ribbon and dialogs. You will see how you can create custom ribbon controls that match any of the SharePoint 2010 out of the box controls. You will also learn how to link your ribbon to dialogs and create new dialogs. The session will also demo how we can work with the client object model and accept and do external and internal processing of data from dialogs.
