Free anti spyware software from Microsoft for download

I already installed and run, nothing found till yet :-)#

Update: found winpcap, dindt know that is spyware, other like adaware doesnt detect that

Winpcap detected as spyware????? Oh nooo... it's not a spyware. Really curious that the tools detects it as "not good".
