The question is:What is the difference between hacking and agile? good question. The panel board is complete PRO agile so the answer is clear. Agile is more structured as hacking. Agile produces faster results with a closer customer feedback loop. Waterfall is a legend, like monster of loch ness. The truth is nobody has all information at the beginning of the project.
