The long-awaited update to Enterprise Library for .NET Framework 2.0 is now available - the official release is branded January 2006. This release of Enterprise Library includes six application blocks (Caching, Cryptography, Data Access, Exception Handling, Logging and Security), and provides similar functionality to the previous releases for the .NET Framework 1.1; however, Enterprise Library has been redesigned to use the new capabilities of the .NET Framework 2.0.

Ido Samuelson gave yesterday a great lecture titled ‘introduction to Windows Communication Framework (indigo)’ at the Israel Visual C# user group.
During the lecture Ido showed a cool demonstration he build of surveillance system based on webcam and indigo services and motion detection algorithms, I am waiting for Ido to publish the code for this demo as it was cool one !
I’ve video taped this session ( which was given in Hebrew ) and as soon as I’ll have some free time I’ll compress is and upload it to my storage so you’ll all be able to watch this session.

About 6 hours ago I got a package from Microsoft via UPS … Inside I found this cool little business card holder with my name on it and 3 redemption cards…

Microsoft Israel just published that they are looking for a QA guy to do some quality checks on Vista Media Center and adapt it to the Israel Market !!!
Does it mean we’ll soon have media center in Israel ???
