Numbered Bookmarks - Visual Studio Addin

Vadik Vaksin a colleague of mine whom have been working alot with Borland Delphi in the past decided that its time Visual Studio will have an option to create a bookmark with Ctrl-Shift-{number 0–9} and navigate to it with Crtl-{number 0–9} same as he had in Delphi.

DPack is a great utility but I'm using ReSharper. The problem is that shortcuts from DPack contradict with ReSharpers' shortcuts.
