DevCampus Update - Admin tools complete! (with pics)

In the spirit of building hype for something that's not quite there yet....

During my spare time in the evenings and weekends over the last month or so I've been pretty heads down working on DevCampus. I've been wanting to blog about it but just couldn't think of something noteworthy to write about. Since I finally finished building all of the admin tools that will give me ultimate control over the site - I could write about that. All together I've finished building 18 tools that allow me to do things like control all the meta/script/style/link tags between <head> and </head> for every type of page, manage articles (a.k.a "lessons") and everything about them (comments, versioning history, downloads, etc.). I have also built in tools to let me manage writing and e-mailing newsletters, manage the items that appear in the site main menus and context menus, and more. I feel it's like a half-way milestone, so I'm happy to have made it. Here are some teaser images that link to the full-size images if you click on them.

I'm hoping to launch DevCampus, full-blown, to the web on January 1st, 2006! Stay tuned...

DevCampus is incredible. It's going to revolutionize the way we as humans think and form ideas. It will have a profound effect on every aspect of every waking and non-waking moment of our lives!

Just kidding - actually it does look pretty cool. I like the UI - very sleek. Looking foward to your launch.

OMG...

I find your stereotype of African-American / Hispanic / bouncer / security guy offensive. Please change!
