There's always opening it in GhostScript and then working with it.  But, who in their right mind would kill a major Northwest forest to print 237 pages of documentation written for a BETA product?

My copy prints fine.

Of course.. you ALWAYS can print any PDF. Even if it's restricted. You may find tools that remove the print-limitation

Jan, keep up the great work... For your readers: The Linux folks have heard of this one before... OpenOffice.org    If you open the *.pdf document in OpenOffice, you can do pretty much anything you want with it.
