EPISODE #82 - as Debbie Deb sang, "Look out weekend, 'cause here I come!"  To get Saturday started right, I make a call from rainy northern Guam to the sunny East Side of New York City to interview Greg Gatusso, host of the wonderfully entertaining Celebrity Vinyl Heaven podcast, one of my faves.  This is the fifth installment of my Digital Pontification Summer Interview Series.

This was a real treat, as Greg and I jawed about podsafe music, discouraging/encouraging podcast directory voting, the iTunes 4.9 effect, and what he thinks are the top 3 celeb cover songs of all-time.  (There's also an unexpected but nonetheless welcome cameo from another friend, "Sir" Wally McClure, who saw me online with Skype and tried to call-in and I think bumped my call with Greg.)

Whoever is #6 had better be good, 'cause Greg's a tough act to follow.  :-)

Hopefully, Jason doesn't make fun of the fact I interrupted his podcast interview........

Hey Wally,

Nope...I left that part in...just for the "reality TV" aspect of it all. I wasn't aware that incoming calls in Skype could interrupt or force an existing call offline, but while in the middle of recording, I got bumped, and your chat session popped up. Either a force quit (there's a Mac term again), or a queued chat feature?

At any rate, just teasin'...it made for good radio.

All I tried to do was IM you and ask a question. I don't think u can get bumped by that. But, if it helps your show, I'll be glad to take credit for it.
