Visual Studio has encountered an unexpected error, installing VS2008

After installing VS 2008, i got this error

 Visual Studio has encountered an unexpected error 

 The solution is at

It is a problem with an add in, in this case with Visual SVN , you need to install the latest version at 1.3.1

I don't use VisualVSN but received this message on 2009-06-04 while using Visual Studio 2008 SP1 and attempting to "Bookmark All" with "Entire Solution" selected.  I have not found a solution for this problem and fear Microsoft has no incentive to solve the problem now that Visual Studio 2010 Beta 1 is available.
