Inplace CSS Edit IE Addin

I seem to be collecting IE Explorer bars. Here's a fun new one:

Inline CSS Editor

Inline CSS Editor (download) is an IE Explorer bar addin that's apparently based on the EditCSS Mozilla Firebird plugin. When it's enabled, it shows the applicable CSS for any page you browse to. You can then edit the CSS and watch the page update as you change it. Useful for debugging your own CSS, for analyzing someone else's, or for seeing what MSDN would look like if they gone with Webdings as the default font.

AndrewSeven -

You're welcome, you're welcome, your're welcome.

By the way, one trick for finding old posts from weblogs.asp.net is to google with the site restriction:
iehttpheaders site:weblogs.asp.net

You can also use the search feature on http://www.activehead.com/dotnetweblogs/

# About as usable as IE itself...

Unlike the mozilla CSS editor, this is completely unusable. Why? If it's not installable (no install instructions, not even a readme), it's as good as nothing.

Can the IE community do anything right?

Is there an inline CSS editor that CAN BE INSTALLED?

Not very nice using NoFollow links on your site - don't you care about helping your fellow Cyberspacers? Anyhow - CSS editor is good, but it doesn't hold a candle to Mozilla, which allows much, much more flexibility. You can even edit the HTML code...

Here's a better method of installing the DOM Helper.

www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

Click on Download, once you reach the site and simply let it run.  Enjoy!
