Get VS.NET 2003 SP1 Beta Now
VS.NET 2003 is about two years overdue for SP1. If you don't want to wait until June (or thereabouts), you can apply to download it early through connect.microsoft.com.
In case the word "Beta" gives you the shivers, remember that SP1 is mostly a rollup of hotifxes that have been out for years. When you consider that SP1 is generally stability fixes for a less than stable product, this beta's a lot safer than the original RTM... Installed.[1]

This Service Pack includes a roll up of all released Hotfixes, fixes for customer reported issues and resolutions to the top reported Watson crashes. The beta package supports English and Japanese. Final release will support all Visual Studio supported languages. Your active participation will greatly help us in releasing a successful Visual Studio .NET 2003 update.

[1] The bug image is admittedly a bit over the top. VS.NET has been reasonably stable for me, but I'm pretty tired of some bugs that kill the whold thing right in the middle of a debug session. Woo hoo SP1!
