Resource: Base64 from GIF/JPG/etc

One of the sites I visit frequently to convert images from GIF to a Base64 string is http://www.motobit.com/util/base64-decoder-encoder.asp. It's a quick and easy way to do the conversion. It would be pretty nice if VS.net eventually had a conversion tool built in.

thanks Jason,

I have been struggling to find a way to check base64 conversions that I am doing with php.

I tried it on the one you have here and compared it to mine and it matched.

I can go to sleep now.
