New VSIBuilder Build

I've released a new VSIBuilder build. This time, its not a click once install but rather an MSI file. To download it, visit the VSIBuilder page on my website at http://www.jasongaylord.com/projects/vsibuilder. The only downfall to deploying VSIBuilder this way is that you'll have to check the website for updates. In a future build, I may add in a hook to determine the current build of the VSIBuilder app and ask you to redownload the newest version.
