Sprint Dumps Customers

Usually, I wouldn't post non-dev related stuff here. But, since I haven't blogged in awhile (sorry, Twitter has seemed more convienent at the moment), I figured I'd post this. Apparently, Sprint Nextel has dumped 1000 customers because they've complained too much. Great service huh?

It makes sense to dump your costliest customers.  Sprint is just doing them a favor by forcing them to find someone who can meet their needs -- obviously they can't.

After working in te cellular industry in a non sprint invierment some customer you can not please no matter what you do. I recall many customers calling month after month requesting a credit on their account. The main reason you are is "I didnt make those calls" when you look at the customers bills in the past and they have call the same number many times. The avrage cusotmer service call cost about 10-13 dollars to process. I say smart move Sprint. Sprint is not the only company that does this many of your Tv shopping comanys do it as well.
