Our team is currently looking for a performance, integration, testing developer to assist us during product development.
We need someone with a strong .NET background, and good testing, performance tuning skills. We are also wanting someone to act as an integration specialist to deal with managing our build process. Required skills:
.NET Background, C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework
SQL Server
Testing and/or performance optimization background
Mature attitude (You will be telling other developer's something is wrong with their code, need to be able to work with developers to correct performance problems.)
Thorough written and verbal communication skills (You will need to be able to document performance problems and convey them to development team)
Desired skills:
Any experience with performance and testing applications, such as Compuware DevStudio, Parasoft's .Test or .Net Solution. (This isn't required, but exposure to tools like this would be nice.)
Experience establishing and maintaining a build process using nant or similar tool.
Understanding and practice of Test Driven Development.
